Cancellation Policy

1. Notice Period: A cancellation must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled session. 2. Penalties and Fees: If a cancellation is made within the 12-hour notice period your session will be taken from your package. Should you fail to show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, a fee of €7.50 will be applied.
