As tomorrow is a public holiday, we have made some adjustments to our schedule. The sessions at 5:45 PM and 6:30 PM will now take place at 8:00 AM and 8:45 AM respectively.

If you would like to join these rescheduled sessions, please let us know. Preference will be given to those who are already booked, but if there are any cancellations, we will do our best to fit you in.

We wish everyone a happy holiday! For those taking some time off, we hope you relax and enjoy your break. We look forward to seeing you back at the gym very soon!
